An Enquiry Reference allows you to switch between your open Encore enquiries. You can think of them like unique passwords for each enquiry.
Where can I find my Enquiry Reference for a particular enquiry?
You can find your Enquiry Reference in the first email you receive from Encore, sent to you immediately after you submit your enquiry.
If you’ve submitted a general enquiry, check your inbox for an email with the subject line: “Thanks for your music enquiry - here’s what happens next”.
If you’ve sent a Direct Enquiry to an act, look for an email with the subject line: “Your enquiry with act name”.
In the body of this email, at the top right, you'll find a 10 digit code: this is your Enquiry Reference. Save this code, or write it down somewhere safe. You can use your Enquiry Reference to access any of your open Encore enquiries.
