It is very rare for a musician to cancel a booking. However, in the unlikely event of a musician cancellation, you would be entitled to a full refund.
Our wonderful customer service team is also on hand to help you secure a new musician for your event. If you have purchased Encore Cover, you will also be eligible for £100 cash back if we are unable to find a suitable replacement.
Please note that for bookings where you have elected to pay the musician directly rather than through Encore, we cannot guarantee a refund.
