You are entitled to a refund if you are requesting a cancellation within 48 hours of sending a booking request.
Any further refund will depend on when the booking was made and when the booking was cancelled.
For bookings confirmed before 12th December 2024
If You Booked More Than 4 Weeks Before the Event:
Cancelled within 48 hours of sending a booking request: You’ll receive a full refund of your payment
Cancelled after 48 hours but more than 4 weeks before the event: Your deposit is retained by Encore and will not be eligible for a refund
Cancelled within 4 weeks of the event: You’ll receive a partial refund of 20% of the performance fee
Cancelled within 48hrs of the booking date: Full payment is non refundable
If You Booked Within 4 Weeks of the Event:
Cancelled within 48 hours of sending a booking request: You’ll receive a full refund of your payment
Cancelled after 48 hours but more than 2 weeks before the event: You’ll receive a partial refund of 40% of the performance fee
Cancelled within 48hrs of the booking date: Full payment is non refundable

Cancelled after 48 hours but more than 2 weeks before the booking date: You’ll receive a partial refund of 40% of the performance fee
Cancelled within 1 week of the booking date: Full payment is non refundable
