How to find your invoice or receipt as an Encore customer

If you have paid for your booking, here is where you can find your invoice.

Once your booking is confirmed, you can access your invoice in 2 places:

Your Booking Page

You can head to your booking page and click the ‘get invoice’ button.

Your Confirmation Email

Your invoice will also be attached to your booking confirmation email.

Your invoice is automatically sent to you once your booking has been confirmed. If you’re having trouble locating it, please check your spam folder in case the email has landed there instead.

Just a quick note: VAT is only included if the musicians you booked are VAT registered, or if you added Encore Cover or the climate contribution to your booking.
