To contact a musician, first submit a general enquiry through the Booking Enquiry form here. You'll then be able to send messages to any of the musicians who respond to your enquiry. Learn more about how to submit an enquiry to find musicians on Encore here.

You can also use our Search page to browse all our artists. Use the filters at the top of the page to narrow down your search by location, category, or budget, and once you’ve found a few artists you like, simply click on their listing to review their profiles or click the 'Check availability' button to send a direct enquiry.

Once you book a musician and they confirm your booking request, then your contact details (telephone and email) will be shared to ensure that communication is maintained in the unlikely event that the musician is unresponsive to an Encore message.

Though Encore doesn't offer a preview service for musician bookings, some musicians may be happy for you to watch them perform at one of their rehearsals or gigs. This should be arranged via Encore messages or platform calls and is entirely at the discretion of the musicians. Please note that the musician may ask for an additional fee if this performance is outside of their usual schedule.

Yes! Musicians on Encore are usually more than happy to perform a favourite song during a booking. To maximise your chances of matching with the perfect musician for you, make sure you include song requests in the relevant stage of the Enquiry form. Note: if a musician has to spend time learning or composing an arrangement of the song, they may ask for an additional fee.
