When speaking with a customer, you’ll often need to direct them to a particular video on your profile.
But what if the customer can't find your profile or gets lost on their way to your videos section?
No longer! You can now send your videos as a Message Attachment.
All you need to do is click the 📎 icon when talking to a customer and you’ll be able to attach any video from your profile.
Sounds easy? That’s because it is. 👌
Just click the paperclip icon next to the message box to choose one of your videos to send.
But what if you want to be able to send your customer a video without it being visible on your profile?
Perhaps it’s a clip of a song that wouldn’t usually be a part of your usual package! Maybe you've just had a bad hair day...
It's simple! You can now add clips an Unlisted Videos 📺
An Unlisted Video is private, so customers will only see it if you send it as an attachment! 📎
To add an Unlisted Video, head to the Media tab of your profile and click + Add video.
Once you've clicked +Add Video, you can then choose whether you want the video to be Public or Unlisted.
Don’t worry - you can change this at any time by clicking ‘Make Public’ on your video.
And that’s it! Once it’s approved, you’re ready to share an Unlisted video with your customer ✉️
Please note: the attachment feature will initially only work with videos. However, we will be adding your audio clips, photos and other parts of your profile as attachments in the future.
