At Encore, we pride ourselves on the security of our bookings service. That's why all bookings come with 24/7 support and our industry-level payment protection system. However, sometimes it may be the case that your musician may not be able to make a booking at short notice (for example, if they fall seriously ill).
In the unlikely event that a musician cancels more than 48 hours before the event, clients are entitled to the Encore Musician Replacement Service. This means that Encore agrees to offer the client a replacement artist of the same standard and style as the artist which was originally booked.
The client reserves the right to accept or reject any replacement offered.
If the replacement musician is accepted, the booking will go ahead with the replacement musician agreeing to the same terms as the original musician. If a deposit has been paid to the original musician, this will be reclaimed and refunded to the client.
If the client rejects the replacement artist, the terms of the Cancellation Policy apply.
