To contact a client, first Apply for their job from the Jobs board including any specific questions you might have in your covering note.
If the client then chooses to send you a message, call request, booking request or shortlists you, then you'll be able to respond directly with a message or phone call.
Once a booking is confirmed with the client, you will receive each other's contact details (phone number and email address) to ensure that communication is possible in the event that you or the client are unresponsive to Encore messages.
