After you've applied for a gig, you'll be instantly updated as soon as the client takes any of these actions:
- Sends you a message or call request
- Sends you a booking request
- Books another musician
- Cancels their booking
- Adds you to their shortlist
Client activity analytics
To help you judge how active a particular client is, we've added a job history section at the bottom of each job page. This shows a timeline including information about when you applied for a job, whether the client has sent you any requests or messages, and when they last viewed their enquiry page (see below).
You can also quickly get an overview of whether a client has been active on their enquiry page by looking for the eye icon at the top of each application card on your Applications page (see below).
Enquiry expiry times
If a client takes longer than usual to come to a decision, we send them an automatic reminder email. These prompts continue until the client books a musician or cancels the enquiry. You can work out the exact day a job will expire using the table below.
However, we cannot guarantee the time it may take a client to make their final decision. Particularly with enquiries which are made over 6 months in advance, some clients may take slightly longer to come to a decision.
We would recommend that you do not reserve the date for an Encore job in your work diary until you have confirmed the booking with the client.
Use this table to work out when a job will expire.
"Enquiry added" is the time you received the job alert.
E.g. if a customer added a job 28 days before the event, it will expire in 14 days (after 2 warning emails).
