How do I give my bandmates access to my profile? 🔁

If you're considering sharing admin responsibilities or updating contact details for your Encore profiles, this guide is for you. Whether your band experiences a change in leadership, you want to distribute admin duties, or you need to grant access to a manager or agent, Encore makes it straightforward.

If you are changing administrative responsibilities among your acts' members or team, there are a few things you may want to consider:

• Changing the contact email for Job Alerts
• Changing your login details
• Granting Admin privileges of your profile to another account
• Removing Admin privileges of a profile from an account
• Changing the primary admin of a profile

Find out how to do each of these things below:

Changing the contact email for Job Alerts

1. Log in to your Encore account.
2. Navigate to "Settings" on the left sidebar.
3. From your list of profiles, click on the specific profile you want to edit
4. Within the profile, go to the 'Contact' tab.
5. Find the option labelled 'Where should we contact you about job opportunities?'
6. Update the contact details accordingly
7. Click 'Save' at the bottom right.
8. Repeat for Other Profiles if necessary

Changing my login details

1. To change the email address and password for logging into Encore, go to your Settings and head to the 'Account' section.
2. Adjust the email address and password as needed.
3. Save the changes.

Granting Admin privileges of your profile to another account

1. If transferring admin rights, the new admin needs to first sign up for an Encore account and make a profile under their name.
2. Then, head to your "Settings" on the left sidebar.
3. From your list of profiles, click on the specific profile you want to grant access to.
4. Under 'Contact Info', you'll see your name in the admins and a blue "+ Add Admin" button. Click that button.
5. Search for the name of your bandmate and select them*
6. Click Save
7. They now have access to the profile!

*Note: if you can't find your bandmate in this search, contact support at help@encoremusicians.com with a link to the profile and the email address your bandmate used to sign up to Encore and we'll add them on our end.

Removing Admin privileges of a profile from your account or your bandmates' account

• If you'd like to remove yourself or one of the group as an admin, contact support at help@encoremusicians.com with a link to the profile and the email address that the group member used to sign up to Encore and we'll remove them on our end.

Changing the primary admin of a profile

• If you'd like to change who the primary admin of the profile is, contact support at help@encoremusicians.com with a link to the profile and the email address that the group member used to sign up to Encore and we'll make them the primary contact
