When you add an external review to your Encore profile, your reviewer will receive an email asking them to verify it.
Occasionally, our email to the customer won't arrive in their inbox as planned, so you'll need them to dig out the email or verify it through another means.
Verification email troubleshooting:
1. Ask the reviewer to check their spam, junk, or promotions folders in their email provider for the Review Verification email from Encore.
If the email is there, they will be able to verify the review using the steps in the email.
2. If the confirmation email is still not found, you can instruct the reviewer to email Encore at email@example.com to confirm the authenticity of the review.
3. If needed, musicians can contact Encore Support to request changes to review details, such as altering surname presentation.
Follow these straightforward steps to troubleshoot common external review confirmation issues. If further assistance is needed, encourage the reviewer to reach out to Encore Support by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
