As a freelance musician, your availability can change frequently. There may be times when you've provided a quote or applied for a gig, only to be booked for another commitment. No worries, it's a common scenario, and Encore makes it easy to withdraw your application. By doing so, you won't receive further notifications about the gig.
Here's a simple guide on how to withdraw a job application:
-
Access Your Applications Page: To start, head over to your Applications page on Encore. You can find this page [here](insert link).
-
Withdraw Your Application: Once you're on the Applications page, locate the gig or job you wish to withdraw from. You can do this by scrolling through the list of your applications.
-
Click the "Withdraw" Button: Find the "Withdraw" button located in the bottom left corner of the job tile. It looks like this:
- Clicking this button will trigger the withdrawal process.
Once you've withdrawn your application, here's what happens:
- You'll be removed from the list of applicants that the client sees.
- The messenger channel between you and the client will be closed.
- You won't receive any further notifications about updates related to this gig.
It's as easy as that! Withdrawing your application ensures that both you and the client can move forward smoothly, even when your availability changes. If you have any questions or need further assistance, don't hesitate to reach out to our support team.
