How do I change or reset my password? 🔐

If you've forgotten your password or feel like a change, you can reset your password by following these simple steps:

If you're logged into your Account

To change your password:

  1. Head to your Account Settings

  2. Find the box under General > Account settings > Change password

  3. Enter your old password in the Old Password field

  4. Enter and confirm your new password in the relevant fields, and click 'Save'


If you're logged out of your Account

To reset your password:

  1. Head to the musician landing page here

  2. Click the green Login button, and then (forgotten password?), enter your email and click "Send password reset"

  3. Follow the instructions in the email to log in and change your password.

Tip: when using the temporary password to log back into your account, make sure you copy and paste the password exactly to avoid mistakes. In some fonts, "1", "I", and "l", can look very similar!
