How it works for Musicians
On the clients enquiry page, they can select a โCallโ button on your quote or in your chat with them to begin the process:
Once a client has proceeded with a call, the following will then happen:
1. Receive a call
When a client clicks "Call," you will get a text message followed by a call from an Encore number - 020 3871 8565, usually within 20 seconds.
2. Answer the call
The call is connected instantly and securely through an Encore phone line.
3. Voicemail
If you don't answer, your normal voicemail will pick up.
4. Incoming call notifications
You'll receive an in-app message showing which client called, even if you miss the call.
There are a few possible reasons an instant call may not be successful:
1. The client is calling from an international number
Unfortunately the call feature only functions with UK based numbers. If you feel this is the case please let us know.
2. Your device is identifying Encore's number as Spam.
3. You have a 'Call screening' setting turned on on your device.
It may be that your device believes the number is a spam number, and declines the call automatically.
This could be the case if you have Google Call Screening or Apple Filtering Features.
To ensure this doesn't happen, please make sure to save Encore's number on your device - 020 3871 8565
4. The phone number on your Encore Profile is not capable of receiving texts and calls.
Please ensure your phone number on your Encore profile is a mobile number to receive the text notification with the client's name and event date. You can also enable or disable instant calls in your settings.
